According to Article 2 of Huachuan group's steam supply pricing plan, which is attached to the negotiation meeting minutes on steam supply pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016, the price adjustment method is as follows: for every increase or decrease of 30 yuan / ton in coal price, the heating price will increase or decrease by 5 yuan / ton correspondingly, and no adjustment will be made if it is less than 30 yuan.
Based on the comprehensive consideration of heating cost such as pipeline capacity and loss, taking the standard coal price of 5000 kcal from January 2021 to more than 780 yuan / T (including tax) as the benchmark, the price will be increased by 10 yuan / T on the basis of the price adjustment notice on November 27, 2020.
