According to Article 2 of the "Huachuan Group Steam Supply Pricing Plan" attached to the "Minutes of the Meeting Minutes on the Negotiation Meeting on the Price of Steam for the Yinan Central Heating Project" on March 9, 2016, the price adjustment method: for every increase or decrease in the coal price by 30 yuan/ton, The heating price will increase or decrease by 5 yuan/ton accordingly, and no adjustment will be made if it is less than 30 yuan.
Comprehensive heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss, and considering the heating situation of steam users, the standard coal price of 5000 kcal is now 990 yuan/ton (note: the current actual coal price has exceeded 1100 yuan/ton) or more (tax included) Benchmark, on the basis of the price adjustment notice on June 5, 2021, an increase of 10 yuan/ton will be made.
