At present, after the screening of the early bidders, the two technology providers have developed cooperation plans, selected one of the two as a PPP cooperation unit, and determined the relevant technical routes by experts and relevant departments. After understanding the processing technology, processing capacity, construction scale, investment budget, etc., Li Yifei asked about the current project progress. At present, the feasibility study report of the project has been passed; The EIA is in progress, the EIA testing work has been completed, the test report has been provided to the EIA unit, and the first EIA publicity has been completed; Some time ago, Feng Xiaoyi, the general manager of the Group, led the team to organize the surrounding village heads and secretaries to visit Guangzhou and Shenzhen to visit the waste power plant designed by the technology providers, and they have expressed their expectations for the Huachuan waste power plant transformation project. Jin Zhongcai, vice president of the Group and manager of the Electrical Department, said that the technical transformation cycle of the project is expected to be one and a half years, starting in April next year and completed by the end of 2017. Li Yifei said that enterprises should scientifically choose the process, seriously do a good job of comparing the program, determine the cooperation object as soon as possible, carry out the technical reform work as soon as possible, and carefully organize the implementation.
